Technical Lead – Residential Architecture | SE1, London A small, creative London-based architecture studio (20-strong) is looking for a Technical Lead to support delivery on a low-rise, multi-unit residential project. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to take ownership of technical coordination, design detailing, and Revit management across all stages. Key responsibilities: * Lead technical development and detailing for low-rise residential schemes. * Support project delivery with high-quality Revit drawings and coordinated design information. * Work closely with consultants, contractors, and the in-house team to resolve design and technical challenges. * Contribute to smaller, local London-based projects, applying technical expertise across the portfolio. About you: * Strong experience in residential architecture, particularly low-rise, multi-unit developments. * Excellent Revit skills – essential for this role. * Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing. * Experience leading technical aspects within small teams. * Collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach.
