Technical Manager
Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the site technical engineering team
* Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and plant performance
* Support process optimisation, investigations, and technical problem solving
* Work closely with production, quality, and wider business teams
* Support audits, compliance activities, and change management processes
* Use data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
* Manage departmental priorities, KPIs, and technical projects
* Contribute to wider site leadership and operational strategy
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or similar technical discipline
* Previous experience within a manufacturing, chemical, technical products, or industrial processing environment
* Experience leading technical, engineering, or process-focused teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Continuous improvement mindset with a data-driven approach
* Comfortable working across multiple functions within a manufacturing business
