Technical Program Manager Zurich, Switzerland CHF 110,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a growing and fast-paced organisation where delivery, engineering and customer success teams collaborate to deliver complex technical projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company focused on building efficient operational processes and scalable delivery systems, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with Customer Success, Delivery and Engineering teams, playing a central role in coordinating projects, managing escalations and improving the workflows that support the technical delivery pipeline. The Role As Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple active projects while ensuring teams remain aligned and delivery processes run efficiently. This role combines program management, operational leadership and stakeholder coordination, where you will manage the delivery pipeline, address escalations and design processes that help teams operate more effectively. You will typically manage 15–20 projects at one time, ensuring progress is tracked, issues are addressed quickly and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities * Manage 15–20 concurrent projects, ensuring progress is tracked and delivery timelines are maintained * Coordinate the technical delivery pipeline between Customer Success, Delivery and Engineering teams * Work with Customer Success teams to ensure clear communication and project updates ahead of delivery milestones * Support the resolution of technical and operational escalations by creating clear action plans with relevant teams * Build and improve operational workflows and delivery processes to increase efficiency and scalability * Identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and work with engineering to simplify and improve operational systems * Align stakeholders across teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly * Support collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to maintain high delivery standards Requirements * Previous experience in a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or Operations role * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong understanding of business operations and process design * Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders * Ability to build structured workflows and scalable operational processes * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Some technical understanding and the ability to work comfortably with engineering teams A deep technical background is not required, as the hiring process will focus primarily on process management, operations and stakeholder collaboration rather than technical interviews.
