This is a warm lead sales role — you’ll be speaking with inbound enquiries and existing customers, not cold calling. What you’ll be doing * Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into business * Following up quotes and leads to close sales * Re-engaging previous customers and winning back business * Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM * Working towards sales activity and conversion targets The role is designed to protect selling time, so you can focus on speaking to customers and closing opportunities.
