Pay (Chef de Partie):
£18.49 per hour (inc. holiday pay)
£21.10 per hour (self-employed – UTR required)
Paid weekly
Tips paid where applicable (TRONC included, where clients operate one) The work:
High-quality agency shifts across events, restaurants, hotels and venues
Control over your schedule - choose the shifts you want
Opportunities for ongoing work, live-in positions, and permanent placement What we’re looking for:
Confident Chef de Partie (or above) with solid service experience
Able to run a section and integrate quickly into new teams
Professional, reliable, and standards-driven Requirements:
Food safety certification (or willingness to update)
Own knives and chef whites
Right to work in the UK
