Temporary Receptionist
Duties:
Meeting and greeting visitors who arrive to the office
Handling and filtering phone calls to correct teams, or taking messages when appropriate
Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared ahead of meetings
Confident managing the reception desk independently
Administration support when requestedExperience:
Interest in professional services industry
Strong customer service skills
