Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies
* Posting adverts across job boards and recruitment platforms
* Speaking with candidates via phone, email, and video calls
* Booking interviews and managing candidate availability
* Maintaining and updating the recruitment database and CRM system
* Writing candidate profiles and supporting recruitment administration
* Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
* Supporting consultants with recruitment campaigns and daily operations
* Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous administration, customer service, or recruitment experience would be advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident telephone manner and professional approach
* Organised with excellent attention to detail
* Competent IT skills and ability to use recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
* Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and develop
