Tenancy Enforcement Specialist 📍 Long Stratton (NR15) – Hybrid / Patch-Based 💰 £24.24 Umbrella per hour 📄 8–12 Week Temporary Assignment Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association for a Tenancy Enforcement Specialist to join their Neighbourhood team on a temporary basis. This is a key role focused on managing serious and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, taking ownership of escalated cases and delivering robust enforcement action to protect communities. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of high-level ASB and tenancy breach cases, including escalations from Neighbourhood Officers Investigate cases thoroughly, gathering evidence and progressing enforcement action in line with policy Draft and serve legal notices including Notices Seeking Possession and other enforcement documentation Prepare witness statements and represent the organisation in court where required Act as the lead point of contact for serious ASB cases, including those within supported housing Work in partnership with external agencies (Police, Local Authorities, support services) to resolve cases Provide guidance and support to colleagues on lower-level ASB and tenancy breaches Produce reports and KPI data on ASB caseworkRequirements Strong experience managing ASB and tenancy enforcement cases within social housing Solid understanding of housing legislation and ASB enforcement processes Experience preparing legal documentation and attending court proceedings Ability to manage complex, sensitive cases and deliver outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Full UK driving licenceAdditional Information Basic DBS required Travel across patch as required Some flexibility needed for occasional out-of-hours work📩 If you are interested in this role, please contact: George Westhead 📧 (url removed) 📞(phone number removed)
