What You'll Be Doing: Use a consultative, value-based sales approach to build trust and close deals. Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region. Proactively build a strong sales pipeline to exceed quarterly targets. Strong experience in self-generated lead development and relationship building. Confidence in presenting to business owners, HR professionals, and senior decision-makers.
