We’re looking for an enthusiastic Thin Film Technician to join our production team and help manufacture high-quality thin film components within our clean room facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to build technical skills in a specialised field while working with advanced equipment and delicate materials. What You’ll Be Doing * Producing thin film components within a controlled clean room environment * Handling delicate materials with precision and care * Operating specialist production equipment * Working with chemicals and associated processing materials * Following strict quality and safety procedures * Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail What We’re Looking For * An enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic * Excellent attention to fine detail * Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures * Comfortable working in a clean room environment Qualifications (preferred): * Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science * Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field * Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial, but is not essential What We Offer * Full training and development in a specialised technical role * Stable Monday–Friday day shifts * Opportunity to work in a high-precision manufacturing environment * Supportive and collaborative team Any offer of employment will be subject to a basic DBS check
