Apply NowOur client is seeking an experienced Third Line Support Engineer with a strong Linux and AWS/Infrastructure support background to join their team on a permanent basis.
Hybrid working: Initial onboarding onsite (approx. first week), then primarily remote with occasional monthly office visits.
We're looking for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive, and happy to roll their sleeves up in a hands-on environment.
Key experience:
Third Line Support within a Linux environment
AWS / infrastructure support
Strong networking knowledge
VoIP and associated technologies
Raspberry Pi
Nice to have:
MSP background
Jira knowledge
Experience supporting software applications
JavaScript exposure
Grafana or similar monitoring tools
