Connect Appointments is recruiting a TIG Welder to join an established Oldham-based manufacturer on a permanent basis. Our client is an innovative manufacturing business producing specialist products across a range of sectors, including pharmaceutical, telecoms and food infrastructure. What's on offer? A full-time permanent position A four-day working week of Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm £14.00 to £16.00 per hour, dependent on experienceAs a TIG Welder, your duties will include: TIG welding stainless steel and aluminium to a consistently high standard Working as part of a close-knit team on a varied range of manufacturing projects Using your own initiative to problem-solve and maintain quality throughout production Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures at all timesThe ideal TIG Welder will have: A minimum of five years TIG welding experience with stainless steel and aluminium A high level of precision and attention to detail The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A positive, proactive attitudeInterested?
