Apply NowMCR are currently recruiting for experienced Stainless steel TIG welders to start August for our client in Lye, Stourbridge.
Please note: This position involves working in the workshop and also working on various sites around the UK
Must be:
* Highly competent in TIG welding 304 and 316 stainless steel.
* Must have previously held recognised welding codes (current coding preferred but not essential, providing you have been coded in the past).
* Able to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
* Competent in TIG and MIG Welding, light fabrication and preparing pipework/fabricated components from drawings.
* Must have their own welding PPE.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport, with the ability to travel to various sites.
* Weld test will be required.
* Experience working on industrial mechanical installations, plant rooms, process pipework, process installations or similar engineering environments.
Ideally, you will have:
* CSCS card - any standard
* Weld codes
* IPAF licence
* FLT licence
