Apply NowAmbitek are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy workshop team in Widnes. The role involves high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel pipework and vessels, working to precise specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* TIG welding on stainless steel pipework and vessels
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Producing high-quality, clean welds to specification
* Workshop-based fabrication and assembly duties as required
Pay Rates (LTD / CIS / Umbrella):
* Basic: £24.05 per hour (Monday–Friday, first 8 hours)
* Overtime 1: £28.70 per hour (after 8 hours Monday–Friday & first 6 hours on Saturday)
* Overtime 2: £33.35 per hour (after 6 hours on Saturday & all day Sunday)
Requirements:
* Proven TIG welding experience (stainless steel essential)
* Ability to work from drawings and technical specifications
* Relevant site or workshop experience preferred
* High attention to detail and quality workmanship
