TIG WELDERS (x4) – £29.34 to 35.94 PER HOUR Hinkley Point C, Somerset Permanent Roles £29.34 per hour + Overtime + Accommodation Allowance Days or Nights carry a 22.5% shift premium £35.94 With additional scope secured on the HPC project, we are now looking to recruit 4 experienced TIG Welders to join one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects. All successful candidates will undertake a BS EN ISO 9606 coded welding qualification as part of the trade test. Welding Scope 141 (TIG) + 111 combination welding - stainless steel Fillet & Butt welds All positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) Fitting and welding sheet 0.7 to 4mm thick. And the main project which would mean training to use the semi auto TIG speed self-feeding wire and S-MAG fully automatic MAG with the Fronius weld system We’re specifically looking for welders whose CV clearly demonstrates strong experience across these processes and positional work. Pay & Benefits • £29.34 per hour • OT 1.4x – Hours over 38 (Mon–Fri) + first 4 hours Saturday • OT 1.8x – Remaining Saturday hours + all Sunday • Nights Carry a 22.5% shift premium • 10.5-hour shifts • 10/4 rotation • £355.67 per week accommodation allowance Requirements • Time-served / apprentice trained • NVQ Level 3 / C&G Level 3 in Welding or Fabrication • ACE Card (Pipe or Plate) • CCNSG Card • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant industry • Competency based Interview with subject matter expert and weld test Please note: CoS is not available for these roles If you’re looking for a long-term permanent opportunity with strong rates and overtime potential, I want to hear from you
