JRS Associates have partnered up with an established plastic injection moulding specialist to recruit two skilled Toolmakers / Bench Hands to join their experienced tooling team on a permanent basis. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent overtime, strong hourly rates, and job security within a well-equipped toolroom environment. The Successful Toolmaker / Bench Hand – Package: * £16.50 – £18.50 per hour (depending on experience) * 39-hour standard working week * Overtime available – as much as you want (enhanced overtime rates apply) * 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays * Permanent, full-time positions * Stable workload within a specialist injection moulding environment The Successful Toolmaker / Bench Hand – Requirements: * Proven experience as a Toolmaker / Bench Hand * Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding tools * Experience assembling plastic injection moulding tools * Confident using conventional machinery, including: * Milling machines * Lathes * Surface grinders * Hand tools * Experience with: * Bed-out tooling * Polishing and finishing * Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working to tight tolerances Apply now!
