Operate manual milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders
Produce precision components adhering to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
Perform inspection and quality checks on machined parts
Support assembly, modification, and quality control procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Support continuous improvement and workshop efficiencyRequirements of a Toolmaker / Precision Machinist:
Apprenticeship completion in Toolmaking, General Engineering, or equivalent
Proven experience in manual machining and toolroom practices
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Good problem-solving skills and organisational ability
