You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll be involved in projects from initial concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
Providing strategic planning advice
Supporting project delivery across multiple sectorsAbout You
Degree in Town Planning or a related field
Working towards (or holding) MRTPI status
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
