An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Town Planner or Senior Town Plannee to join a respected Land and Planning company in Cheltenham. The successful Town Planner will be working as part of an experienced team, delivering expert planning advice to their clients in predominently the commercial sector.
Qualifications:
In this instance applications are sought from candidates with previous planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment, and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards this).
Responsibilities:
Within the role the successful Town Planner / Senior Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
