We're seeking a commercially minded Trading Manager to lead a busy retail operation, drive sales performance and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop retail teams
* Drive sales, margin and KPI performance
* Ensure excellent customer service standards
* Support stock control and commercial planning
* Act as Duty Manager and support the wider leadership team
About You
* Strong retail management experience
* Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and KPIs
* Proven people leader with excellent communication skills
* Passionate about customer service and team development
