Job Title: Banksman
Location: Flint
Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Pay: £15.50 PAYE upto £19 Umbrella PAYE
Payment Frequency: Weekly
We are currently seeking an experienced Banksman for a key project based in Leicester. This is a fixed-term contract role, offering steady work for 6 to 12 months, with the potential for extension depending on project progression.
Responsibilities:
Directing vehicles and plant machinery on and around site
Ensuring the safe movement of heavy vehicles and materials
Communicating effectively with drivers, operators, and ground personnel
Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and site protocols
Supporting site operations as required by the site manager
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshal
Valid CSCS Card and NPORS Banksman/Traffic Marshal certification
Excellent communication and spatial awareness
Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
