Trailer Technician – On-Site Role
Location: Warrington
Salary: £43,800 – £46,800 per year basic doe
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

We are a growing and ambitious business looking for an experienced Trailer Technician to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician seeking a stable, long-term position with excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and career development opportunities.

Working as an On-Site Trailer Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, servicing, maintenance, MOT preparation, and repair of a range of trailers, ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

The Role:

* Carry out trailer servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs

* Complete MOT preparation work, ensuring trailers are presented to the required standard

* Identify and rectify defects prior to MOT testing

* Carry out safety inspections and compliance checks

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults

* Complete scheduled and reactive maintenance work at customer sites

* Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety

* Complete accurate job reports and documentation

* Work independently while representing the business professionally

About You:

* Previous experience as a Trailer Technician, HGV Technician, or similar role

* Experience with trailer maintenance, repairs, and MOT preparation

* Strong knowledge of trailer systems and compliance requirements

* Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

* Full UK driving licence
