Package & Benefits for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
• Salary £28,000–£35,000 per annum depending on experience and CeMAP qualification.
• OTE potential of £50,000 with realistic earnings around £41,000.
• Up to 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

Key Responsibilities for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
• Managing inbound and outbound leads through multiple channels to support customer engagement and conversion.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Working within regulatory standards, company policies, and responsible lending frameworks at all times.
• Meeting agreed service levels and performance targets within a structured sales environment.
About You
• At least 12 months’ experience within an advised sales or target-driven sales environment.
• CeMAP qualified, part-qualified, or willing to study towards the qualification with employer support.
• Experience working in roles such as Sales Executive, Mortgage Qualifier, Account Manager, or financial services sales.
