1st year OTE £30–35k (top billers reach £100k+)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be trained to manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Having confident commercial conversations
Business development through cold calling and client meetings
Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven office environment
Matching candidates to suitable roles
Managing multiple priorities professionally
Handling pressure, feedback and rejection positively
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Your First 6 Months
Structured recruitment training from day one
High‑activity learning: calls, interviews and follow‑ups
Regular coaching, support and clear expectations
Gradual increase in responsibility
A supportive team focused on fast development
