Location: Office-Based – 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, next to Spitalfields Market
Salary: £26,000 to £32,500 (+ Commission and Bonus Schemes)

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, offering a clear pathway into a Recruitment Consultant position.
You’ll start by learning candidate resourcing, relationship building, and the fundamentals of recruitment, before progressing into a more client-facing consultant role as you develop.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and directors, gaining hands-on experience from day one in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and engage high-quality candidates for education roles
Support the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Assist in filling vacancies across a range of schools
Carry out candidate screening and compliance checks
Support consultants with existing client relationships
Maintain regular contact with candidates in placements
Work closely with the team to meet daily and weekly targetsWhat a Typical Week Looks Like
Resourcing candidates for active school roles
Daily calls with candidates (screening, onboarding, relationship building)
Supporting current placements and candidate care
Learning recruitment processes and best practices
Collaborating with the team on priorities and urgent rolesWhat We’re Looking For
