Are you looking to start a career as a Trainee Window & Door Installer while learning valuable practical skills and working on-site with an experienced team

Workshop Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing and installation business specialising in high-quality windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Trainee Window & Door Installer to join their expanding installation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn. Full training will be provided, with long-term progression available into a skilled Window & Door Installer role.

Responsibilities

Support the installation of windows and doors on-site
Prepare work areas and unload materials and equipment
Protect customer properties using dust sheets and coverings
Assist with positioning and securing frames during installations
Carry out safety checks and follow site health & safety procedures
Maintain tools and equipment to a high standard
Load and dispose of waste materials correctly
Provide professional and polite customer service on-site

Skills & Experience Required

No previous experience required – full training provided
Full UK driving licence essential
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work safely on-site
Basic health & safety awareness desirable
CSCS card beneficial but not essential
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and early starts

The Trainee Window & Door Installer role involves working mainly on sites across London, with early starts from 5:30am and typical finishes around 4:30pm before returning to the Climping HQ
