Transport Administrator
Transport Administrator – Durham Jackson Hogg have partnered with a leading distributor in Durham who are seeking a Transport Administrator to support their busy transport team. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Salary: DOE Key Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate transport records, including driver files, vehicle documentation, delivery paperwork, and compliance information. * Provide administrative support to drivers and the transport team, assisting with queries and updating schedules as required. * Track driver hours, tachograph logs, and other compliance-related records. * Assist with fleet management administration, including maintenance logs and defect reporting. * Ensure all transport documentation is up to date and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in transport administration or a similar role. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Good knowledge of transport documentation and compliance requirements. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with drivers and colleagues.
