Transport Administrator – Temporary – Full Time – Widnes – To Start ASAP - £13.50ph

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Transport Administrator to join this well established organisation in Widnes.

This is a key role within the operation, acting as the first point of contact for drivers while ensuring the smooth coordination of transport-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support, guidance, and clear communication throughout the day

* Process and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner

* Maintain transport records, schedules, and documentation

* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient operations

* Handle queries, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary

* Support the wider transport team with general administrative duties

Requirements:

* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a transport or logistics environment
