Transport Planner

We are seeking a Transport Planner to join our Sunbury based client. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will play a key role in delivering compliant, efficient, and cost-effective transport operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities Plan and optimise daily vehicle routes for collections and deliveries Ensure all customer requirements are met consistently Manage drivers, including daily debriefs and performance support Coordinate fleet and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions Act as a key point of contact for customers Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency Support compliance with fleet, Health & Safety, and internal procedures Assist with driver training, in-cab technology, and supplier management Provide occasional out-of-hours and weekend cover as required About You Experience with O-Licence compliance Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Knowledge of Working Time Directive regulations Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Full Time | Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 - £36,590
