What You’ll Do:

* Rail Journey Coordination: Confirm and organise travel arrangements with precision and efficiency, always meeting strict deadlines.

* Quick Problem-Solving: Address availability issues with speed and creativity, finding the best alternative solutions for customers.

* Disruption Management: Handle travel disruptions with confidence, ensuring customers reach their destinations while maintaining high-quality service.

* Supplier Relations: Build strong, effective relationships with key suppliers to deliver exceptional travel solutions aligned with their brand.

* Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate seamlessly with suppliers, tour managers, and internal teams to deliver a flawless tour experience.

* Customer-Centric Adjustments: Assist customers with modifying their holidays, ensuring requests are met within strict timeframes without compromising service quality.

* Process Excellence: Uphold high standards by adhering to robust processes and meeting SLA and KPI targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role and the ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. You will have a strong interest in travel and an excellent understanding of geographical destinations.

Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with top-notch English and numeracy abilities are also essential with a collaborative and positive mindset to work effectively within a team.
