Platinum Travel Recruitment are seeking an experienced Amadeus Travel Operations Executive, to join a fabulous forward thinking travel company, hybrid working (2 days office) The ideal Operations Executive will be the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring clients' holidays go off without a hitch. Whether you’re ensuring the client has all their final documents for their dream trip or liaising with suppliers to iron out the details, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service. Amadeus Travel Operations Executive Duties: * This roles primary responsibility is all things flights! You'll be responsible for ticketing flights and handling airline schedule changes via Amadeus GDS. * Cross-checking bookings and invoices against travel itineraries. * Supporting sales consultants to resolve booking confirmation issues. * Prepare travel documents for upcoming client trips. This might involve double-checking flight details or liaising with suppliers to confirm arrangements. * Update the booking system with new rates or product details, keeping everything accurate and up to date. Amadeus Travel Operations Executive – Essential Requirements: * Experience in operations within the travel industry managing flights using Amadeus. * Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and building genuine relationships. * Able to pay close attention to detail and thrive on accuracy in all aspects of your work.
