We are looking for a skilled and creative tufter to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality carpets using tufting techniques and tools. If you are a weaver we would also be interested in hearing from you!
This will be working x3 night shifts per week - 12 hour shift
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate tufting guns and frames safely and efficiently
* Follow design briefs or create original rug designs
* Select appropriate yarns, colours, and materials
* Finish products (gluing, trimming, backing)
* Maintain tools and workspace
Requirements:
* Good attention to detail and creativity
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Basic knowledge of fabrics and yarn types
