We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to support students across the Milton Keynes area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by providing tailored academic guidance outside the classroom. The Role As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work directly with students to deliver lessons designed to meet their individual learning needs. You will help students build confidence, improve understanding, and achieve their academic goals. Location: Tutoring may take place in person at learners’ homes, schools, or local libraries in Milton Keynes, depending on the learner’s needs. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging 1:1 tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s learning needs * Support students with Maths, English, or Science (GCSE level) * Identify areas for improvement and develop personalised lesson plans * Encourage confidence, motivation, and effective study habits * Provide feedback on student progress when required Requirements * Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in the UK * Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one * Passion for supporting students and helping them succeed What We Offer * Starting pay from £25 per hour * Flexible working hours * Opportunity to tutor in person * Access to our CPD Learning Academy for professional development * A rewarding role making a real impact on students’ learning Apply Today If you are passionate about education and want to help students reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
