UK to US Relocation (Cost Management/MRICS)

We are seeking both Cost Management professionals who have track record across the following sectors: * Mission Critical/Data Centres * Life Sciences/Pharma * Residential * Hospitality * Infrastructure * Commercial Fit Out/Tenant Improvement * Build Out Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in your discipline. * RICS accreditation. * Previous track record in one of the above sectors. * Strong knowledge of cost management/project management software and tools. * Proven ability to manage large, complex projects on time and within budget. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
