Our client, a prominent player in the Defence and Security sector, is seeking UKIC cleared candidates. to join their team on a contract basis. This exciting opportunity is open to UKIC DV cleared candidates and will be based in either Cheltenham or London.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading security initiatives and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks within the organisation
Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
Conducting security audits and preparing detailed reports
Managing and responding to security incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Providing expert guidance and support on security matters to all levels of the organisation
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance security measures
Staying updated on the latest security regulations, trends, and best practices

Job Requirements:

Experience in a security lead role within the Defence and Security sector
Possession of a valid UKIC DV clearance
Strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to analyse complex security issues and develop effective solutions
Proficiency in preparing comprehensive security reports and documentation
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in either Cheltenham or London
