The successful candidate will have previous experience operating at Senior HR Advisor level within a professional services environment, with significant employee relations expertise. You'll be confident managing a varied caseload of ER matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice to managers while ensuring compliance with Employment Law and HR best practice. You will also bring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance and support to managers.
* Advising on Employment Law and ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant and up to date.
* Managing a range of ER cases.
* Supporting the HR Manager with both day-to-day HR operations and wider strategic projects.
* Coordinating onboarding activities and overseeing the full trainee lifecycle.
