Our Client is seeking an experienced LCV Technician specialising in Light Commercial Vehicles to join their dynamic team in Bolton. Benefits: * Competitive basic salary of up to £36,700, with an OTE exceeding £43,000 * Day shifts only, working 42.5 hours per week * Overtime available at time and a half for additional earnings * IMI-accredited training programmes, including Hybrid, EV, and specialist LCV systems * Generous holiday entitlement, starting at 24 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service * Bonus scheme offering up to 8% of annual salary * Pension scheme, free life assurance (2x salary), and health cash plan * Access to colleague-only vehicle leasing schemes * Retail discounts, cashback offers, and financial wellbeing support Duties: * Perform maintenance and repairs on Light Commercial Vehicles to manufacturer and company standards * Diagnose faults accurately using diagnostic equipment and fault-finding techniques * Complete mechanical and electrical repairs efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime * Conduct servicing, safety inspections, and ensure vehicles are compliant with legal requirements * Maintain detailed records of work carried out and communicate findings effectively * Support fleet availability and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, safe, and compliant Requirements: * Level 2 qualified Technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or fully qualified Level 3 Technician * Proven experience working on Light Commercial Vehicles is highly desirable, making you an ideal candidate as an LCV Technician * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, essential for a successful LCV Technician * Full UK driving licence * Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a professional approach to vehicle maintenance This LCV Technician role offers excellent opportunities for career progression within the sector.
