VAT Manager

We're looking for an experienced Group VAT Manager to join a growing international business. This role will take ownership of VAT technical support, compliance across multiple territories, and driving improvements to the Group's VAT control framework. Key Responsibilities Provide VAT technical guidance across the business (rates, partial exemption, rebates, acquisitions) Oversee and review VAT returns prepared by the VAT team Manage and improve the VAT control framework, ensuring MTD compliance Support key projects including ERP implementation, M&A, and restructuring initiatives Partner with stakeholders across multiple countries and external advisors About You Qualified - ACCA/ACA/CTA Strong VAT technical background with several years' post-qualification experience Experience across multi-territory VAT (practice or industry) Confident communicator able to explain complex technical issues Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment A great opportunity to join a growing group where the role will continue to evolve alongside the business
