Apply NowWe are working on behalf of our reputable client, a well-established car dealership located in Gillingham, Kent, to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a respected team within a volume main dealer environment.
The successful Vehicle Technician will benefit from comprehensive manufacturer training, career progression, and a rewarding working environment.

Competitive basic salary up to £35,478, with an achievable bonus structure that can increase earnings to £47,380 OTE
Working hours of 45 hours per week, with 1 in 2 Saturdays on a rota basis

Performing servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance to high standards
Diagnosing faults accurately using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools
Ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes
Keeping thorough and precise records of all work carried out
Participating in ongoing manufacturer training to enhance technical skills
Following all health and safety regulations and safe working practicesRequirements:
Proven experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician, with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving ability
MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
Experience working on high-end or specialist vehicles is desirable
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
