The Vehicle Technician position offers the opportunity to work with a respected dealership that values quality service and customer satisfaction. The position is ideal for a technician with a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair, seeking a stable and rewarding career with competitive pay and benefits.
Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £36,000 basic, with uncapped bonus potential, OTE £45,000
40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)
33 days holiday annually, including bank holidays, increasing with service

Conducting vehicle service checks, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
Performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify issues accurately
Completing vehicle road tests to verify repairs and ensure optimal functioning
Assisting and supporting team members within the workshop as required to maintain a smooth workflow
Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer specificationsRequirements:
Possession of a Level 3 Light Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent)
Confidence in carrying out a wide range of vehicle repair and maintenance tasks
Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
A full UK driving licence
