Carry out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to a consistently high standard
Use diagnostic systems effectively to identify faults and recommend appropriate work
Maintain accurate job documentation and technician records
Support continuous improvement through participation in development training
Work as part of a team, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfactionRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and quality standards
Competent in servicing and repair work across a range of vehicles
Willingness to learn and develop, including EV and gearbox/engine training
Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude
