Competitive basic salary of up to £39,000 per annum, with bonus potential based on experience and qualifications
Opportunity to earn an OTE of up to £45,000 including overtime
Monday to Friday working hours, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis at overtime rate

Conduct routine servicing including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre replacements
Perform diagnostics and repairs across various vehicle systems using advanced diagnostic tools
Replace worn or faulty components in accordance with manufacturer standards
Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken for transparency and accountability
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance options
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety within the workshop
Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to team goals
Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing trainingRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician, preferably in a dealership environment
Strong mechanical understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification
Full UK driving licence
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
