Vehicle Technician Location: Epsom Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 OTE (depending on experience & qualifications) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Overview An excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established workshop in Epsom. This role suits a technician who is confident with diagnostics, enjoys working to high standards, and wants strong earning potential with ongoing training. Key Responsibilities * Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment * Complete work efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards * Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation * Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional repair work * Work closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control * Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to health & safety standards Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) * Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (dealer or independent) * MOT Tester qualification preferred (not essential) * Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * £35,000 – £55,000 OTE * Uncapped bonus structure * Manufacturer and brand training * Modern workshop with up-to-date equipment * Career progression opportunities * Company benefits package
