About the Role
E-ppl Ltd is recruiting a dedicated team of Vehicle Technicians to deliver a critical fleet maintenance package at our Ashchurch site.
Working as part of an autonomous E-ppl team under an outcomes-based package of work, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspection & Servicing: Carry out diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs on designated vehicle platforms.
* Rectification & Prep: Perform follow-on maintenance to ensure safety and full compliance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections.
* Fleet Upgrades: Bring vehicles up to required operational standards
* Quality Assurance: Execute reworks and rectify defects identified during examination stages.
* Safety First: Always Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety policies.
Requirements
* Security Clearance: Must be willing to undergo BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) checks. E-ppl will fully sponsor and manage this process.
* Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (military, commercial, or fleet experience is highly desirable).
* Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with fleet asset tracking
* Personal PPE/Equipment: Ability to provide your own standard coveralls and safety footwear.
