Visual Merchandising Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join a luxury retail environment in Bicester. This Visual Merchandising Manager role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual standards, commercial performance, and team development.

Offering £34,000-£38,000 per annum hours of work will consist of 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and 40 hours per week.

Duties:

* Lead visual merchandising standards across the store

* Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results

* Coach and develop the visual merchandising team

* Plan and deliver seasonal launches, floor moves, and product displays

* Support store visits and ensure the store is always presentation ready

* Work closely with management and operational teams to drive performance

Experience:

* Previous visual merchandising experience within premium fashion retail

* Experience managing and developing a team

* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills

* Organised and adaptable with a positive attitude

* Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or similar systems is beneficial
