Voids Administrator
We are a family-run business working within the social housing sector, specialising in void properties. We are currently looking for an experienced and organised Voids Planning & Scheduling Administrator to join our team full-time at our Streatham office.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within social housing repairs/voids and be confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Planning and scheduling works for void properties.
*
Providing direct support to management.
*
Submitting and chasing variations.
*
Managing and updating administrative records.
*
Scanning and organising VAT receipts.
*
Liaising with operatives, subcontractors, and office staff.
*
Monitoring ongoing jobs and ensuring updates are communicated effectively.
*
Supporting day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a planning, scheduling, or administrative role.
*
Experience within social housing or voids maintenance.
*
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
*
Strong knowledge of NHF SOR Version 7.2.
*
Confident using Microsoft Word.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Position: Full-time, permanent (Office-based)

Location: Streatham
*
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary & Benefits
*
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
*
Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
