VULNERABLE CUSTOMER SPECIALIST BRISTOL £28-32K Our client is looking to recruit a Vulnerable Customer Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working on a 3:2 split. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Vulnerable Customer Specialist, you will: * Be responsible for handling challenging, emotive and sensitive cases, often dealing with vulnerable customers. * Answer inbound calls from customers, using empathy and listening skills to build trust. * Liaise with customers to ensure that cases are resolved in line with organisational standards and industry regulations. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Our client is looking for someone who has strong experience working with vulnerable customers within a call centre environment. * You’ll need excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner and a proactive approach.
