The Role This position is ideal for a skilled, customer-focused engineer with strong technical expertise in commercial bean-to-cup coffee machines. You’ll be responsible for installation, servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs across a London customer base - ensuring equipment performs flawlessly and service standards are consistently exceeded. Key Responsibilities Attend customer sites across London to carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and performance faults efficiently Install and commission commercial bean-to-cup coffee machines and commercial tap systems Calibrate machines to deliver optimal coffee quality and performance Maintain premium service standards, including a two-hour response time Build strong, professional relationships with customers on-site Represent the company with professionalism and technical excellence Accurately document service visits, parts used, and work completed About You Proven experience working with commercial bean-to-cup coffee machines (essential for senior-level candidates) Ideally experienced with Jura and La Cimbali equipment Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Experience installing and commissioning commercial coffee equipment Able to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, reliable, and well-organised Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering high-quality service What’s on Offer £35,000 – £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience and skill level) Travel expenses covered within Zones 1–5 London Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends) Private healthcare cover Discretionary annual company bonus scheme 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Pension contribution Ongoing training and development Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling premium service company About Marble Talent As engineering recruitment specialists, we pride ourselves on the ability to turn aspiring candidates at the beginning, middle or towards the end of their engineering careers into successful, professional engineers place at the right companies.
