We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representative to support our operations team. This role involves managing a backlog of customer emails and complaints, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a computer for extended periods and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and respond to a high volume of customer emails and enquiries in a timely manner

* Handle customer complaints professionally, working to resolve issues efficiently

* Update internal systems with accurate customer information and case details

* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to investigate and resolve order issues

* Prioritise workload to address urgent queries and clear backlogs effectively

* Maintain clear and professional written communication at all times

* Follow company procedures and service standards when handling customer interactions
