Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with various manual tasks in the production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products
Operate basic machinery (training provided)
Sort, stack, and organize wood products and materials
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures
Support the production team with general labour tasks as required
Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and follow health & safety guidelines
Basic communication skills and ability to understand instructions
